Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Industrial Sales professional to join our team. you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service within the industrial sector. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored solutions that foster growth and loyalty.


Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.

Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for lead generation, account growth, and market penetration.

Utilize Hubspot to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for targeted outreach.

Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.

Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales within an industrial or technical environment.

 The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Essential Duties Functions:

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Manage recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for employment by establishing and overseeing orientation and training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and employee morale

Additional Responsibilities

  • Functions as a member of the executive team and provides guidance on all people related activities and concerns. 
  • Acts as a steward for the agency culture.    Understands what defines a culture and the people impact on maintaining the desired culture.  Creates systems and provides guidance that aligns with and supports the desired culture.
  • Manages the employee experience and employment brand for the agency with activities from recruitment to separation from the agency. 
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Advises department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Oversees the administration of HRIS and ATS software and employee portals
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations
  • .Recruits, interviews and makes recommendations to fill open positions 
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Agency goals and objectives.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and retirement, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Coordinates management training in: interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.  Manages open enrollment and entry dates for all entitlement programs
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, community partnerships, or brokers

Requirements Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.  Will consider relevant experience.  HR Certification:  PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

 The Qualified mental Health Professional (QMHP) is responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and other mental health services to identified Futures Unlimited clients who suffer from comorbid mental health conditions. Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy counseling to supported individuals.
  • Ensure billable services are documented and submitted in accordance with applicable rules.
  • Provide training to agency staff to support the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans as written; review and modify those plans as necessary.
  • As requested, participate in agency-wide functions to support the overall agency, including intra-agency and inter-agency committees.
  • Complete case notes and other required documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policy.
  • Maintain files in accordance with applicable regulations and agency standards.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
  • Employee may be asked to perform other duties as required for the agency.

    • Successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service in a mental health setting, or
    • One year of documented clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP, or
    • Successfully completed 1,000 hours of practicum and/or internship under clinical and educational supervision,
  • Medicaid knowledge preferred.
  • Illinois LPC/LSW preferred, but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
  • Mathematical knowledge to include basic addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and computing averages.
  • Exemplary problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills such as PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, and Word

This position is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Monday through Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.  Evening and/or weekend hours may be required.
