Our Process

Our process is designed to establish a short term  coaching relationship to target a specific business objective.  This means you know up front the process and the investment.   Our process includes:

  • A preset number of coaching sessions.
  • Pre-agreed upon goals developed with all parties.
  • Established check points to assess progress and direction. 


When appropriate, we use individual assessments, team assessments and pulse surveys to help identify challenges and measure results. 


Much of our coaching is done in person; however, video based coaching is used when appropriate.
