Rob Burn, SPHR
Rob Burn founded L & L Solutions on the premise that every organization has a competitive advantage, and that competitive advantage is its people. His passion lies in helping people and organizations maximize results and meet their true potential. For the last 25 years, Rob has been training, speaking and writing about topics that impact the people side of the business and helping leaders understand their impact on results.
