Rob Burn founded L & L Solutions on the premise that every organization has a competitive advantage, and that competitive advantage is its people. His passion lies in helping people and organizations maximize results and meet their true potential. For the last 20 years, Rob has been training, speaking and writing about topics that impact the people side of the business and helping leaders understand their impact on results.

There is one thing that drives Rob, and that is helping people find and achieve their definition of success. This is shown when he is training , consulting or coaching people one-on-one at work. This passion is also found away from work where he coaches local softball, basketball and baseball teams.
