There is one thing that drives Rob, and that is helping people find and achieve their definition of success. This is shown when he is training , consulting or coaching people one-on-one at work. This passion is also found away from work where he coaches local softball, basketball and baseball teams.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in human resources, leadership development and general management. He has worked for (and consulted with) companies on the fortune 100 list to smaller, privately held companies.
