Rob Burn
Rob Burn founded L&L Solutions on the premise that every organization has a competitive advantage, and that advantage is its people. His passion lies in helping people and organizations maximize results and meet their true potential. For the last 27 years, Rob has been training, consulting, speaking and writing about topics that impact the people side of the business and helps leaders understand their impact on results.
Rob has over 27 years of experience in human resources, leadership development and general management. He has worked with (and consulted with) companies on the Fortune 50 to smaller, privately held companies, non-profits and government organizations.
