Assessments serve two purposes.  The first to help diagnose the environment.  The second is to provide individual feedback for personal growth and change.


Assessments are conducted to gather information, provide feedback and use as a data point to measure progress.

One-On-One and group coaching is an excellent way to explore areas that may be hindering performance by focusing on areas specific to the manager. leader, or group.  Using a structured process, coaching can be combined with training to reinforce concepts.


Assessments and surveys are often used as a starting point to provide additional information to help structure process and desired outcomes.
