Individuals and Teams can benefit from training, assessments and coaching. Assessments allow for a different perspective and new data points. Training provides new information and tools where coaching helps with the implementation of those tools and helping individuals and groups see and change limiting behaviors.
Supervisors, managers and leaders are often asked to lead people without having any formal training on how to lead or interact with people. This is akin to asking someone to manage your finance department without having any training in accounting. Our programs are "theory free" meaning all content has real world application. Leaders at all levels have benefited from our courses. Courses are taught in person, virtual or video based.
Assessments serve two purposes. The first to help diagnose the environment. The second is to provide individual feedback for personal growth and change.
Assessments are conducted to gather information, provide feedback and use as a data point to measure progress.
One-On-One and group coaching is an excellent way to explore areas that may be hindering performance by focusing on areas specific to the manager. leader, or group. Using a structured process, coaching can be combined with training to reinforce concepts.
Assessments and surveys are often used as a starting point to provide additional information to help structure process and desired outcomes.
